Like them. They seem to help with focus and regulating emotion. No complaints on taste. Very easy to take. Good quality, is kind of pricey but worth in my option.

So, my review is kinda… ehh… only because sometimes some things just don’t work for others and that’s totally fine. My son is 4.5, has level 1 Autism, and high functioning. He has HORRIBLE tantrums and does NOT emotionally regulate very well. So that is why I try this product out. Maybe I didn’t let him take it long enough but it felt like he was getting worse. And maybe that wasn’t even from taking this! I just didn’t want to chance it so I stopped giving it to him. I do believe this product can help other’s tho and it’s worth giving it a shot. He loved the taste too! I think if your child is having melt downs, spending $40 will seem small if it actually helps!
Got this for my 4yr son who has extreme adHd and love it. His teachers and I have notice a HUGE improvement with his focus and attention. He loves it to as he says "it helps me find my calm". Definitely would recommend for a natural supplement/option.
