First time trying magnesium glycinate and I wish I would have started taking this a lot sooner. I’m 27 and have always struggled with anxiety. I prefer not to take any meds for it and just manage it in different ways but this has really helped with it. Especially when I am on my time of the month I get extra anxious and it’s helped tremendously. I do take 2 normally at night to help w sleep but on my period I’ll take 3 and I noticed I’m a lot more calm, can focus better too. They also do help with muscle soreness after the gym my body doesn’t hurt as much from lifting I noticed. The pills are a little bit big but nothing that bad. It def does work for me I notice I sleep better.
I’ve always had a positive experience with this brand of magnesium. It’s high quality and very gentle on my stomach. I take it at night, and it really helps with my sleep and restless legs. Definitely a staple in my routine.
Whenever I can afford it, I try to buy supplements from PURE. I discovered this company through a naturopathic doctor when I was going through chemotherapy. I really think it’s a high-quality supplement.
I've suffered leg cramps (charlie horses) for years. Theraworx helps when you apply it during an episode, but then you have already suffered the pain. Magnesium spray is a good treatment if you remember to spray it on your soles before going to bed. I have been taking this pill with my night time medicines and haven't suffered leg cramps...even after climbing a ladder or walking what seems like miles through airports...for over six months now. I highly recommend those like me should try at least one bottle of this formula. I like their ascorbic acid tablets too.
Used to have insomnia and NEEDED melatonin to fall asleep. I heard that melatonin wasn't FDA regulated so I looked for more healthier alternatives and I came across magnesium. Tons of people have magnesium deficiencies and there's way more benefits to taking magnesium than melatonin so it was a no brainer for me to switch. Since taking this, I actually fall asleep easier and faster, without the tanking feeling that I got with melatonin.
